“Terrible. Guy came out, said it shouldn’t be a problem then never heard from him/the company. I called and was informed that they’re declining us because of the height of our chimneys. I understand the safety aspect completely but to not call/email to inform me or give us other options, in my opinion is very unprofessional. We recently had our roof replaced and they didn’t have a problem with it. Very disappointed since we are still having wasps in our house. I do not recommend.”
