Whether you have a swarm in your backyard, a colony in your walls, or bees nesting under your roof, our trained beekeepers are ready to help. Below you will find details about each of our major service regions.
Dallas & DFW Metroplex
Dallas and the greater DFW metroplex remain our home base and busiest service area. We serve Dallas, Uptown Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Highland Park, Allen, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Frisco, Arlington, Fort Worth and dozens of surrounding communities. The White Rock Lake and surrounding area creates an ideal habitat for honey bee colonies and is one of the foremost areas in the metroplex for bee removal services. Mild winters allow hives to survive using fewer resources, aiding colony success. The many acres of wetlands cater to a plethora of vegetation and bee-friendly flowers which increases the survivability of wild honey bee nests.
As a point of reference, on average we remove 30-50 owl boxes of honey bees per summer just from North East Dallas alone! Older homes in the area provide ample places for honey bees to establish new colonies. Homes built decades ago were not sealed as tightly as modern construction, creating gaps for honey bees to move in. We commonly find hives in wooden uninsulated garage walls, under foundations, and in the eaves of ranch-style homes.
The area also has many backyard beekeepers whose hives occasionally escape via swarm, adding to feral honey bee populations and often requiring honey bee control. We see homes infiltrated after squirrels or tree rats gnaw into soffits or eaves, creating the perfect entryway for new swarms. We also find colonies in dying cottonwood, hackberry, and elm trees as these tend to hollow out, creating ideal nesting sites.
If you have questions about honeybee removals in North East Dallas, Lake Highlands, or Lakewood, please give us a call for a free, no-obligation quote from local beekeepers. We will safely remove honeybees using our cutting-edge technology with a warranty if they ever come back.
Austin
Austin and the surrounding Hill Country are home to thriving bee populations year-round. The warm climate, abundant wildflowers, and green spaces throughout the city make it a prime area for both managed and feral colonies. Our Austin-area team provides the same professional live bee removal and relocation services, safely capturing bees from homes, businesses, and outdoor structures. From downtown Austin to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown, we are ready to respond quickly.
San Antonio
San Antonio and South Texas present unique challenges with Africanized honey bee populations being more common in the warmer southern climate. Our experienced beekeepers are trained in safely handling all types of honey bee colonies, including more defensive hives. We serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and the greater South Texas region with professional live removal and relocation services.
Oklahoma City
Our service area extends north into Oklahoma, where we provide bee removal throughout the Oklahoma City metro area, Norman, Edmond, and surrounding communities. Oklahoma's mix of suburban development and open prairie creates plenty of opportunities for bees to establish colonies in unexpected places. Our team responds quickly to calls across the greater OKC area with the same professional standards we bring to every job.
Shreveport
We also serve Shreveport, Bossier City, and the surrounding areas of northwest Louisiana. The humid climate and lush vegetation in this region provide excellent foraging for honey bees, which means robust and fast-growing colonies. Whether bees have moved into your home, office building, or outdoor structure, our Louisiana service team is equipped to safely remove and relocate them.
Community Engagement by Local Beekeepers
We are deeply integrated into the communities we serve. In Dallas, we support many local businesses including the Trinity Valley Beekeepers association and provide consulting services to backyard beekeepers throughout Lakewood and East Dallas. Check out the Dallas Arboretum to see honeybees in action, or connect with us to learn more about local beekeeping. We believe that community engagement and education are essential to protecting bee populations for future generations.
